Cancellation Policy: Cancellation and/or Changes: Regular Cancellation Policy: Cancel up to 7 days prior to arrival for a $25.00 fee. Cancel or changes within 7 days of arrival will be charged a 1 night penalty. Special Events Cancellation Policy: 21 Days in advance for a $25.00 fee, otherwise full charge penalty. No early departures allowed From: December 2, 2008 To: December 8, 2008 Cancellation/Modifications policy during these dates is 45 DAYS Prior the arrival otherwise the hotel will levy a penalty of the entire stay charge for each room against the guest's account. After check in early check out may result in additional fees being posted against your account. Guest is responsible for all incidental charges. 45 DAYS PRIOR THE ARRIVAL DATE THE HOTEL WILL CHARGE A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT EQUAL TO THE VALUE OF THE ENTIRE STAY TO YOUR CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT UNLESS THE RESERVATION HAS BEEN PREPAID.
