	Discounted Rates

Rates are based on availability and may vary due to special events at the hotel or citywide. Hotel 373 is a non smoking facility. A $500 cleaning fees will apply for smoking in guestrooms. Early Departure Policy- $50 USD per-day charge will be applied for guests that depart prior to confirmed departure date.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation and/or Changes must be received by the Hotel 373 by noon hotel time at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
