Originally built in 1935, the Hotel Nash reopened in late December 1999 with an emphasis on superb comfort, elegant style, and attentive personal service. The Nash's 52 guest rooms are havens of soothing sage-green and ivory, custom furnished with shield-shaped armoires, and lounge beds. Beautiful studies of local flora adorn the rooms' walls. Spacious green-tiled bathrooms are equipped with Calcutta-marble vanities, and rainforest showerheads. Our three soothing spa pools provide an added balm to the senses. The Nash's lobby-level restaurant, Mark's South Beach, offers world-class cuisine in an intimate dining room that opens onto the garden and pool area. Ideally located in the heart of Miami Beach's landmark Art Deco district, the Nash is one block from the beach, and within strolling distance of some of the best shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions in town, including the galleries and boutiques of nearby Lincoln Road.

The hotel provides event catering, banquet facilities and complimentary high-speed Internet access. The hotel features three spa pools in a courtyard setting. A fitness room is available, and the hotel provides discounted access to a nearby fitness center.


	Restaurants/Lounges

Mark's South Beach, the Nash's lobby-level restaurant, offers world class cuisine and serves as the first Miami Beach location for Mark Milatello, the master chef celebrated for his five-star restaurants. The cuisine at Mark's showcases local ingredients in such dishes as Florida squid with chermoula and harissa, spiny lobster in a curry broth. Coffee and muffins are provided each morning.


	Discounted Rates

Rates are based on availability and may vary due to special events at the hotel or citywide. A Resort fee of $10.00 per day plus tax is to be paid by the guest directly to hotel. At Check-in a Credit Card Authorization in the amount of $250.00 for incidentals and or damages will be taken from your credit card which may take processing centers 7-10 days to be released after check-out.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation and/or Changes: Regular Cancellation Policy: Cancel up to 7 days prior to arrival for a $25.00 fee. Cancel or changes within 7 days of arrival will be charged a 1 night penalty. EARLY DEPARTURE will be charged FULL stay Special Events Cancellation Policy: 21 Days in advance for a $25.00 fee, otherwise full charge penalty.
