Hotel Description:

The Essex House Hotel, located in South Beach's Art Deco District, is endowed with a colorful history and a host of amenities and services for its lucky guests. 	Location Benefits

Built in l938 just a block from the white-sands of South Beach, the Essex House Hotel is a landmark amid South Beach clubs, cafes and designer boutiques. Flamingo Park, which is just three blocks away from the hotel on the beach, features tennis and basketball courts. Golfers will find themselves just minutes to both Miami Beach and Haulover Beach Park golf clubs and fishing afficionados will enjoy the fact that they are minutes to many of Miami's local fishing charter companies.


	Accommodations

The Essex House Hotel's 61 spacious guest rooms in the main building and 19 suites adjoining the tropical courtyard display fine, designer touches. Each has custom Art Deco designer furnishings, including russet upholstered club chairs, custom carpet and dramatic oval mahogany entertainment units with matching desks. All rooms at the Essex House have individual AC controls and are equipped with cable TV, a direct dial, two-line telephone, computer data port, and voice mail. The hotel's 19 suites also feature a refrigerator, Jacuzzi and wet bar, as well as an all new marble bath and same-day guest laundry service. All rooms offer an electronic door lock, smoke detector and sprinkler system for each guest's safety and security.


	Services/Features

The Essex House Hotel features many services and amenities. Guests can refresh themselves in the hotel pool, which is equipped with Swim and Jacuzzi jets. The Essex also offers complimentary Wireless High Speed Internet located in the lobby and onsite spa services, including massage, facials and more. Both business and leisure guests will appreciate the Essex's large, comfortable conference rooms and auditorium for any personal or professional need.


	Restaurants/Lounges

The Essex Hotel Bar offers guests a place to relax and enjoy a cocktail. Hours of operation are Sunday through Saturday from 4 p.m. until closing.


	Discounted Rates

Rate based upon availability and may not be available during holidays or city wide events. At least one guest must be 21 to check in. Children under 12 stay free, accompanied with parents. ONE NIGHT ROOM AND TAX WILL BE CHARGED UPON BOOKING.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation and/or Change must be received by the Essex Hotel by NOON hotel time at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
