The designer of the Floridays Orlando condominium units have emphasized luxury, comfort, style, and convenience in every guest room. Comfortable beds and upholstered furniture, window treatments, bed covers, art, decorative accessories, and a fully equipped kitchen. Each living room at Floridays Orlando Resort includes a large screen color TV, game console and stereo system, while every bedroom features a color TV. The unit's amenities also include high-speed Internet access, two-line telephone and a balcony.

The 22,000 square foot Welcome Center at Floridays Orlando Resort includes a check-in facility, concierge services, conference rooms for business meetings, fully equipped fitness center, game room, and children's activity center. A beautifully landscaped grand swimming pool complex adjacent to the Welcome Center at Floridays Orlando features an expansive, open pool with lounge area and a deck for casual gatherings. A water jet playscape and wading area for small children is located near the pool at Floridays Orlando and a smaller, more private pool, specially suited for lap swimming and sunbathing, is situated at the opposite side of the main swimming pool complex. Also featured at Floridays Resort is a beach area near the pool. It is the perfect place to sunbathe or build sandcastles.

Floridays Orlando Resort features an onsite restaurant that specializes in casual dining and take-out. The Resort also offers a marketplace where guests can stock up on groceries, toiletries, sundries, and other essentials.

Rates are based on availability and may vary due to special events at the hotel or citywide.

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellation and/or Changes must be received by The Floridays Orlando Resort by NOON hotel time at least 72 hours prior to arrival.

Due to the rising cost of operating and in an attempt to remain competitively priced in the market, Floridays Resort Orlando will be implementing a nominal nightly resort fee ($12.66) effective immediately.
