The Hilton Bentley is an elegant all-suite hotel located in steamy South Beach. The hotel offers its guests the perfect blend of recreation and elegance. Top notch amenities featured at the Hilton Bentley -- exclusive perks at the hotel's Beach Club, pool and Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art health club, and business/meeting facilities. **A 28-unit condo is being built next to The Hilton Bentley. The scheduled construction will be ongoing for six days a week, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.**


	Location Benefits

The Hilton Bentley is located on the southern tip of Ocean Drive in South Beach, the hotel is right in the middle of South Beach's hottest new landscape – “SoFi”, or “South of Fifth.” Guests of the hotel can expect a 20-minute drive to Miami International Airport and a 45-minute drive to Fort Lauderdale International Airport.


	Accommodations

The Hilton Bentley features custom designed and decorated suites, many with private terraces. The hotel's Junior Suite offers 425 square feet of space, a state-of-the-art kitchenette, luxurious oversized marble bathroom (Jacuzzi bath available in select suites), Sony CD/DVD home theater system, plasma or flat screen TVs with surround sound, wireless Internet access, cordless phone with voice mail, in-room safe, and turn down service. Suites that include a private terrace offer Miami city skyline or direct ocean views.


	Services/Features

Guests of the Hilton Bentley can relax poolside at the hotel's Beach Club. Cool off under a shady umbrella or cabana, or simply enjoy the sun in a chaise lounge or beach beds near the hotel pool. The Beach Club is a great spot for families with pint-size lounge chairs and umbrellas available for the kids. Other staff services at the Beach Club include towels, water sports equipment and beach toys. The Hilton Bentley also features concierge services, a health club equipped with the latest line of Life Fitness cardiovascular machines with built-in flat screen TVs, weightlifting equipment, as well as a sauna and steam room. Conference rooms, a hotel business center, valet parking (fee applies), limousine service, as well as luxury car and yacht rentals are all available for guests of the Hilton Bentley. Various restaurants are located within walking distance of the Hilton Bentley. Celebrated restaurateur Tom Billante of Carpaccio at Bal Harbour Shops and Il Villagio in the Village of Merrick Park is expected to open an upscale restaurant -- Noah scheduled for Summer 2008.


	Discounted Rates

Minimum Check-in age is 21 years old. A resort fee of $10 per room, per night is charged at the hotel and includes poolside services and beach services including chairs, umbrellas, beach beds, and cushions for lounge chairs. Fee subject to change. Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on hotel policy. Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.
