The Suites on South Beach is a two-floor, 19-room all-suite hotel located in the heart of South Beach. The Suites is within walking distance of Miami's hottest nightclubs, award winning restaurants and is only one block shy of world renowned South Beach.


	Location Benefits

The Suites on South Beach is located on 13th and Collins, within five blocks of Lincoln Road Mall and the Miami Beach Convention Center and one block from Ocean Drive and the beach. Also nearby are Bayside Marketplace where guests can shop, eat and drink all day and into the night, Miami's Central Business District, Jewelry District and Miami's Design District.


	Accommodations

There are 19 spacious Junior Suites spanning two floors at The Suites on South Beach and all are accessible via exterior corridors (no elevators). Each accommodation features over 650 sq. ft. of space, a full kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, complete set of dishes, glassware and utensils. Other amenities at The Suites include complimentary wireless internet, '32 inch Plasma TV with Cable, multi-line phones, hair dryer, and iron and ironing board.


	Services/Features

Guests of The Suites on South Beach will enjoy valet parking (for a nominal fee). Wireless Internet, free to all the guests. Area food markets: Art Deco Supermarket 0.1 mile N and Washington Food 0.1 mile W.
