The Belleview Biltmore Resort, which is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places, is located on the Intercoastal Waterway, just minutes from Clearwater and the Tampa International Airport. The Belleview Biltmore offers guests a complimentary shuttle service to Clearwater Beach.

Standard guest rooms at the Belleview Biltmore Resort include one king or queen size bed, business desk and chair, radio/alarm clock, color remote control TV, telephone, high speed Internet access, as well as a walk-in closet with ironing board and iron. The bathroom also features a hairdryer and complimentary toileties. The Biltmore's Victorian Junior Suite includes a private bedroom with one king or queen size bed and all of the amenities featured in the standard room. Additional amenities in the Junior Suite include a living room with pullout sofa and mini-fridge. All guests staying at the Belleview can complimentary take the historical tour at 11am daily.

Savor your victory on the course with one of our oversized sandwiches and a glass of cold beer or one of our famous fresh salads. The Golf Club Grille is open seven days a week. Cancellation Policy:  Cancellation and/or Changes must be received by The Belleview Biltmore Resort, Golf Club, Spa & Beach Club by NOON hotel time at least 48 hours prior to arrival or will be subject to a charge equal to the first night room and tax.
