Designed to capture the modern luxury and style that is the hallmark of the Westin name, The Kierland Villas offer fully equipped vacation villas, as well as luxurious amenities and services that will make any guest feel special, including a full service spa and beautiful, nine-hole golf course. In addition, the Scottsdale area, which boasts more than 300 days of sunshine, is renowned for its breathtaking sunsets, stunning vistas, and fascinating history.


	Location Benefits

The vacation villas at The Westin Kierland are located on 10 acres within the exclusive Kierland master-planned community, just outside of Scottsdale. There are numerous attractions in the area in and around the Westin villas, including the Phoenix Zoo, the Arizona Science Center, Montezuma Castle, the Native American Tourist Center, shopping, and much more. Guests who enjoy the great outdoors will find themselves with too much to do and not enough time. Nearby outdoor adventures include hot air balloon rides, a Cowboy College, Hummer and Jeep tours, white water rafting, golfing, and more.


	Accommodations

Each villa at The Westin Kierland features a private balcony with breathtaking views of the spectacular Arizona landscape, a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette, everything necessary to prepare and enjoy a gourmet meal, separate living room with queen size sofa bed, entertainment center with TV, DVD player, and stereo system. The master bedroom is also truly its own oasis complete with whirlpool tub and the Westin Heavenly Bed�. Each Westin Kierland Villa also features a washer and dryer, while some are even equipped with fireplaces. Cribs and high chairs are available upon request. Rollaway's available for a fee.

The Westin Kierland Villas Arizona features many luxurious amenties and services, including a full service spa, adult swimming pool, interactive tot pool, family swimming pool, jetted spa, well-equipped WestinWORKOUT� Powered by Reebok Gym, cabanas, grill and picnic area, concierge services, limousine service, valet parking, deli/marketplace, the Westin Kids Club�, and babysitting services. Golf lovers will thoroughly enjoy the Kierland Golf Club, which surrounds the Westin Villas. The Golf Club features three fully mature, nine-hole courses.


	Restaurants/Lounges

The Westin Kierland does have a Deli/Market onsite, which is open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Guests also have a multitude of choices when it comes to dining out. Scottsdale has more than 600 restaurants in and around the city.
