Walt Disney World is located just minutes from the Lake Buena Vista Resort Village and Spa, while Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores are situated right next door. There, guests can find just about anything at more than 238,000 square feet of factory direct brand name retailers. Many of Orlando's best theme parks are just a short drive from Lake Buena Vista Resort, including Sea World (four miles) and Universal Studios (about eight miles), while the Resort is also close to Orlando museums, activity centers and nightspots. 	Accommodations

Lake Buena Vista Resort Village and Spa offers 325 residences -- two, three or four-bedroom non-smoking luxury condominiums. Each features tile foyers, baths and kitchens. Guests will enjoy either a private balcony or atrium, fully equipped kitchens, which include granite counter tops, dishwasher, full oven, and convection microwave oven. Also included in each condo -- HD and digital TVs in all rooms (including bedrooms), free wired high speed Internet access, individually controlled air conditioning and heat, sleeper sofa, and alarm clock radios in all bedrooms. All bathrooms at the Lake Buena Vista Resort offer built-in hair dryers, lighted makeup mirrors, and granite countertops, while each master bath features a Jacuzzi Roman tub and walkin shower.

Lake Buena Vista Resort Village will host a world-class, signature, health spa offering a diverse menu of spa services in a serene setting to pamper, indulge, and rejuvenate. Unique, full service skin and body care treatments as well as therapeutic massage await you. Relax, you're on vacation. Free transportation to Disney, Universal Studios and SeaWorld is also offered to guests, as well as complimentary wired high speed Internet access in all rooms. Housekeeping service is available at an additional fee of $30 for 2 bedroom suites and $40 for 3 bedroom suites. Please ask for more information upon check-in. 	Discounted Rates

Rates are based on availability and may vary due to special events at the hotel or citywide. **** A ONE NIGHT DEPOSIT IS DUE UPON BOOKING FROM THIS HOTEL, YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED**** The minimum age to stay at the hotel is 21 years old. Housekeeping is not included in the rate. 2 Bedroom housekeeping is an additional $30 and the 3 Bedroom is $40.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation and/or Changes must be received by The Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa by NOON hotel time at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Rates are per night and do not include the nightly resort fee of $9.50. Stays of 3 nights or less will be charged a one time departure cleaning fee based upon length of stay and room type.

All reservations require a valid credit card number and expiration date to hold the reservation. Your card will not be charged unless indicated for that specific hotel in our Preferred Destinations.
