An exciting new restaurant just opened at the Hotel Mark Twain this fall, Fish & Farm, serving American seafood and artisan meats. All prepared with locally grown herbs and the meats and seafood are also culled from localfarms and fisherman. The restaurant currently is offering dinner and will soon open for breakfast and lunch and provide room compostable room service,which will be good for the environment.
