We will refund your deposit less a $ 25.00 fee if your reservation is cancelled WITHIN 7 DAYS of the arrival date in LOW SEASON (see dates above), WITHIN 14 DAYS in HIGH SEASON (see dates above), and WITHIN 21 DAYS for SPECIAL EVENTS DATES.
In addition, we charge the full value of your stay in the event of a no show or early departure on SPECIAL EVENTS DATES. Late cancellations and no show penalty: One night's room and tax deposit for LOW SEASON and HIGH SEASON, full value of the reservation (room & tax) for SPECIAL EVENTS dates.
