Featuring 243 spacious guestrooms with pillow-top mattresses, Egyptian cotton linens, wireless internet access, 32” plasma TVs with cable and on-demand pay movies, iPod alarm clock radio, safe, mini bar, Aveda toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, hair dryer and iron with ironing board. Oceanfront rooms feature panoramic windows overlooking the gardens, beach and Atlantic ocean.

The Palms Hotel & Spa offers an array of amenities and services to guests, including the hotel's lush tropical garden, freshwater swimming pool, 24-hour business center, 10,000 square feet of event space, onsite ATM, fully equipped fitness room, The Palms Gift Shop for gifts and sundries, valet parking for a daily fee of $ 27, laundry service, Room Service. The Palms Spa is Aveda's first luxury beach resort spa in the U.S has been launched to the property. The 5,000-square foot facility feature holistic treatments and rituals designed to deliver a highly personalized experience. Facilities include a series of multi-purpose rooms including a couple's suite with experience snail shower, an indoor/outdoor relaxation area with steam room, poolside treatment cabanas, a beauty salon, a fitness room and an Aveda retail area. The Palms Hotel & Spa features several dining options. Essensia embodies the simplicity and elegance of natural gourmet dining at The Palms. The concept focuses on the pure essence of taste, featuring a healthful blend of Mediterranean and Floridian cuisines presented in a vibrant and sophisticated style. The restaurant also features Spa cuisine selections which are low in calories and high in nutritional value, and organic selections showcase organically farmed produce and core ingredients. An innovative Indulgence lounge menu showcases an interactive bar menu with unique tasting selections and signature cocktails made from fresh, tasty ingredients and pure, at times organic, spirits. Located poolside, The Tiki Bar serves light snacks and drinks throughout the day.

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations and/or Changes must be received at the Palms Hotel: By NOON hotel time 7 days prior to arrival for LOW SEASON DATES (May 27 - Oct 08, 2009). ***At least 14 DAYS PRIOR for HIGH SEASON (Jan 2 – Feb 9, 09/ March 4 - 12, 09/April 6 - 14, 09/ Oct 15 – 21, 09/ Nov 3 – Dec 1, 09/ Dec 8 - 23, 09). At least 21 DAYS PRIOR for SPECIAL EVENTS DATES (Feb 10 – March 3, 09/March 13-April 5 , 09/May 15 – 26, 09/ Oct 9 – 14, 09/ Oct 22 - Nov 2, 09/ Dec 2 – 7, 09/ Dec 24, 09 – Jan 1, 10). We will refund your deposit less a $50.00 fee if your reservation is cancelled WITHIN 7 DAYS of the arrival date in LOW SEASON (see dates above), WITHIN 14 DAYS in HIGH SEASON (see dates above), and WITHIN 21 DAYS for SPECIAL EVENTS DATES. In addition, we charge the full value of your stay in the event of a no show or early departure on SPECIAL EVENTS DATES. Late cancellations and no show penalty: One night's room and tax deposit for LOW SEASON and HIGH SEASON, full value of the reservation (room & tax) for SPECIAL EVENTS dates. Early Departure Policy: Reductions in the length of stay are subject to a $50.00 early departure fee for LOW SEASON and HIGH SEASON dates.
