The Beacon Hotel and Corporate Quarter in Washington DC recently completed a $22 million renovation in 2004. With its fresh design and the latest technology, the Beacon touts itself as being an ideal stay for both business and leisure travelers in the Nation's Capital. Each room includes enough space to work, rest and relax.


	Location Benefits

The Beacon Hotel and Corporate Quarter sits in the heart of Downtown DC on the famed Embassy Row and Dupont Circle, putting guests just four blocks from the White House, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, monuments, and museums. Metro stops and the Financial District are within walking distance of the Beacon Hotel and Corporate Quarters, while Reagan National Airport is minutes away and Dulles International is an easy drive from the hotel.


	Accommodations

The Beacon Hotel and Corporate Quarters features 130 guest rooms and 60 "New York Studio�-inspired �Corporate Quarter� Suites. Guest rooms include high-speed Internet, Wi-Fi connections (surcharge), WebTV, dual-line telephone and data port, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer. Most rooms also offer a sofa bed and dining area. The Beacon's Corporate Quarter Suites feature a fully-equipped kitchen, marble floors, eat-in counter, refrigerator, and microwave.


	Services/Features

The Beacon Hotel and Corporate Quarters features an onsite, state-of-the-art fitness center, which includes Universal equipment, treadmill, Lifecycle, and Stairmaster, as well as spa rooms where guests can get massage and therapy treatments. The fitness center is open 24 hours. Guests of the hotel also have access to a 20,000 square foot health center across the street from the Beacon. Other hotel services -- an onsite business center, featuring photocopying, faxing and courier services, as well as conference and meeting rooms. Secure underground valet parking is available onsite at the Beacon, while outdoor bus and recreational vehicle parking is available two blocks from the hotel.


	Restaurants/Lounges

Guests of this DC hotel will enjoy the Beacon Bar and Grill, featuring contemporary and internationally inspired cuisine. In fact, the menu was created by an experienced and critically acclaimed professional culinary team. The Beacon Bar and Grill offers guests their choice of quiet, private booths for business or intimate dining or an outdoor seasonal caf�. Both serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and the popular Sunday brunch. Room service is available from 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. daily.
