	Location Benefits

Georgetown Suites is located in Georgetown, just one mile from the White House. The hotel is also within walking distance of Georgetown Mall, a beautiful, Victorian mall with three levels of exclusive shops and restaurants. Just a short cab drive away are Mazza Gallerie, a mall with several exclusive stores including Neiman Marcus, and Chevy Chase Pavilion. The Smithsonian, the National Zoo and Rock Creek Park are all nearby as well.


	Accommodations

Each of the accommodations at Georgetown Suites features a modern, fully equipped kitchen, which includes a microwave, dishwasher, icemaker, iron and ironing board, and hairdryer. Also standard in each suite are free cable TV with movies, high speed wireless Internet access, hair dryer, and free local phone calls.


	Services/Features

All guests of the Georgetown Suites will enjoy a complimentary Continental breakfast served daily, fully equipped fitness center, wireless Internet access in all of the hotel's public areas, coin laundry services, and same-day valet services. In addition, desktop computers and high-speed Internet access are available 24 hours a day in our business centers located just off the lobby in both buildings. Other business services include over 2,100 feet of meeting space, conference rooms, fax and copier services, as well as dedicated modem lines and data ports.


	Restaurants/Lounges

Georgetown Suites offers all guests a complimentary continental breakfast, served daily in the lobby lounge. The spread includes fresh pastries, bagels, fruit, cereal, juice, coffee, cappuccino, and assorted teas. Although the hotel does not have its own restaurant, Georgetown Suites offers the "Georgetown Suites Dining Program", which gives guests two-for-one specials at some of Georgetown's finest restaurants. Reduced rates are subject to availability and may not be available during city wide events or Holidays. Cancellation for 5/18 - 5/21 must be done by 3pm on 3/30/2006
