Hotel Description:

The Casa Grande Suite Hotel sits across from the beach, in the middle of SoBe's (South Beach) fashionable Art Deco District. The hotel showcases its international flair throughout -- from the exotic lobby to each and every one of its 34 suites. Some feature stone balustrade balconies with breathtaking views of the ocean or the Miami skyline.


	Location Benefits

The five-story Casa Grande Suite Hotel situated on Ocean Drive in the heart of Miami's famous Art Deco District, features gorgeous, European-style decor. Guests will not only find themselves across the street from the beach (a topless beach is also nearby), but in the center of South Beach's famous clubs, restaurants and shops -- many of which attract a trendy, multicultural crowd of both locals and visitors daily.


	Accommodations

The hotel lobby features antique columns from Rajasthan, seagrass covered tile floors and antique furnishings. Each of the Casa Grande's suites are decorated with an Indonesian flair, carved mahogany and teak furniture, fine artwork, finely woven throw rugs, and large windows. In-suite amenities include fully equipped kitchens with stocked refrigerators and minibars, cable TV with premium channels and an entertainment center with VCR, stereo and CD player. Guests will also find each suite is equipped with a large bathroom, complete with bathrobes and slippers. The hotel's 34 suites are made up of nine studio suites, 22 one-bedroom suites, three two-bedroom suites, and one three-bedroom suite.


	Services/Features

Casa Grande guests can enjoy the hotel's intimate lobby, which features an aquarium. Day trips to the beach are made more comfortable with the hotel's complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. (Two chairs and one umbrella per room, per day.) The hotel also prides itself on its attentive service, including its concierge, and offers discount passes to a nearby health club. Valet parking is available at a daily rate of $20.00. This rate does not include tax.


	Restaurants/Lounges

The Casa Grande Suite Hotel will soon have its own restaurant, which is scheduled to open in January 2005. Guests visiting the hotel prior to that date have several dining options in SoBe's Art Deco District and in the surrounding Downtown Miami area. Choices include the well-known News Cafe, Cafe Milano, and Bongo's -- owned by singer Gloria Estefan, which serves up great, authentic Cuban food.


	Discounted Rates

Rates are higher during holidays and city wide events and are subject to change based on availability. The hotel also offers the following: 2 Bedroom City view $269 - $402, 2 Bedroom Suite w/Balcony $525 - $770, and 3 Bedroom Suite - $665 - $1050
