Hotel Description:

The Kent Hotel South Beach is an excellent choice in Miami's Art Deco District. Guests will delight in the hotel's location just one block from the ocean. Other Miami landmarks, shops, nightclubs, and more are all within walking distance or a short drive of the hotel. Wireless Internet service is available in each room at the Kent and a complimentary email station is available in the hotel lobby.


	Location Benefits

The Kent Hotel is located on Collins Avenue in South Beach's Art Deco District and is just two miles from the Miami Beach Convention Center and one block from the beach. Downtown Miami and the Port of Miami are ten minutes by car and Miami International Airport is just 20 minutes.


	Accommodations

Guests of the Kent Hotel South Beach can choose from guestrooms decorated with batik fabrics and rattan furniture, featuring either two double beds or two queen size beds. All accommodations feature a 30-inch flat screen TV with DVD Player, robes, in-room safe, mini-bar unit, hair dryer, and CD player with CD's.


	Services/Features

The Kent Hotel South Beach offers a wardrobe/production office, meeting space, limited room service, and catering service. The tropical garden and fountain adjacent to the lobby is a perfect location for catered parties. Free wireless Internet service is also available in each guestroom while the hotel offers a complimentary email station in the lobby. Guests of the Kent will also find parking near the hotel.

The Kent Hotel South Beach is near many fine South Beach restaurants, eateries and casual cafes. The Kent is also located near South Beach bars and nightclubs.

The hotel charges a $10.00 key deposit at time of check-in and is refundable when returning the key. $25.00 per each addtional person occupying the room. Subject to Change. Cancellation and/or Changes must be received by the Kent Hotel by NOON hotel time at least 30 days prior to arrival due to Super Bowl. Cancellation or Changes must be received by the Colony by NOON hotel time at least 72 hours prior to arrival.

The Colony hotel is currently under renovations. Estimated completion is May 2009.
