This 240-room limited-service older economy Bayfront hotel is located on Biscayne Blvd. in Downtown Miami. It is minutes from the Port of Miami and directly across from Bayside Market Place. Enjoy the indoor/outdoor tropical entertainment venue at Bayside Marketplace with 14 restaurants and 120 shops with live music and boat excursions! American Airlines/Miami Heat Arena is located 5 blocks away. If you are traveling to Miami for a cruise, the Port of Miami is only a 5-minute taxi ride. The hotel is also located near the Miami Arena, Miami Convention Center, Miami Dade College, and Brickell financial institutions.

The parking area, located next door, is just a few short steps away from the front entrance. This covered parking facility also includes 24-hour security guard service.
